There remains an issue in random-wta tests, that uniqueTransitions returns a ConduitT instead of an IO. Not sure how to fix this, since i am still not that adept with conduit.

Pretty Printer 1.4.0 shouldn't break anything, since it only fixes removal of trailing whitespaces and adds fixity declaration to <+>, matching <>.

Sadly needs cpphs now, because multiline strings are broken on default cpp

In this solution there are dummies instead of the distributed files if the distributed flag is not set. These dummies do basically nothing, but the functions that are called first when using any copar distrib commands inform the user, that he is not using the distributed version and exit the program.

Distributed is now optional (only used when the distributed flag is set). Maybe the dependencies of the normal version can be further reduced.. not sure

(and some Windows Formatting Errors hopefully fixed)

Not really checked, these will probably need to be modified some more.

Some Test Cases, that should hopefully work now.

Feel free to remove this or fix it, if it creates Problems on Linux. This is just a small fix for me, because without it, I always get an "unexpected carriage return" error.
